Here’s what the position primarily entails and requires…

Primary Support for Advisory Teams: This is a key collaborative position in the delivery of our financial life planning and investment management services for clients. Most often the CSA is the first point of contact for all basic servicing needs, minor problem resolution and continuing in the building of strong client relationships and positive experiences with the firm.

  • Client Meeting Prep: Creating meeting folders/e-filing; financial, investment and insurance summary statements; coordinating gathering RMD info when applicable; creating meeting agendas; generating and updating risk tolerance reports
  • Client Meeting Follow Up: Following up on activities assigned by the advisor as action items (ie sending beneficiary update forms, etc.); assisting advisors with writing client meeting and follow up notes
  • Qualified Plan Client Support: Prepping for, coordinating and scheduling enrollment meetings; confirming number of new enrollees; preparing enrollment kits; data entry of new plan enrollees; responsible for servicing requests and related paperwork
  • Gathering Articles and Information: Researching and providing relevant client articles requested by the advisor from Advysis & Other Sources
  • Researching for Special Client Needs: Helping with researching any number of required specialized service professionals, i.e., trust companies or independent fiduciaries
  • Oversight for Client Billing and Planning Agreements: Assisting clients with interfacing and using their SDW Client Portal as well as both Broker/Dealer and Custodian support
  • Client Communications: Regular written and verbal communication follow up with clients
  • Working knowledge of: CRMs; Financial Planning Software; MS Office/365; Adobe Acrobat

Qualifications Preferred…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Financial Planning
  • CFP or on track for the CFP certification
  • Minimum two years’ Client Service Associate experience in a financial planning firm
  • Additional financial services industry experience in the independent broker dealer environment. (Experience with SagePoint Financial or another Advisor Group BD a plus)
  • Clean FBI fingerprint/background check per FINRA and Broker/Dealer requirements

Compensation…

  • $52,500-$65,000/year, depending on experience, education, and training
